Welcome to your felt sense of empowerment. This three-week group consisting of lecture, guided exercises, and group discussion will help groove the patterns of the resources you need on your journey of showing up as your truest, fullest self.

You’re not alone! Unfortunately (or fortunately, let’s see) our conscious mind, or what we say we want, is not the only factor in determining how we feel, think perceive and act.

For us to take the steps towards real growth and transformation, we need to get our subconscious mind on board.

As an EMDR therapist and someone who has been deeply helped by this work, let me help you lay the foundations for empowerment on a mental, emotional, and physical level.

The Empowerment Hour is designed to guide you through resourcing, an essential phase of EMDR therapy that prepares you to take bigger steps towards change.

Over the course of four meetings, we will work to enhance the following resources:


✨Calm Place:
A place in your mind where you feel a sense of absolute ease.

✨Safe Person: Allow your subconscious to receive the benefits of being connected and supported.

✨Confidence: Can’t have too much of it. Feel yourself standing in your power.

✨Boundaries: Do you struggle being rigid or holding the line at all? Let’s find the happy medium.

✨Future Self: What kind of dialogue needs to get going between you and your future self? This resource sparks and supports that communication.

Carefully Curated EMDR Resourcing

In this group you will receive:

  • Three one-hour group meetings

  • Introduction to the mechanics behind EMDR therapy

  • 20 journal prompts to help you get the most out of your resourcing sessions

  • Recordings of the guided audio sessions for five different resources to reinforce your resources

  • Group exploration and discussion

Many legs of the life-long healing journey involve heavy lifts. Think of resourcing as your mental-health rest day.

This exercise, while therapeutic in nature, is not a substitute for individual therapy. Furthermore, this is a skills-based group and will not get into processing in the format of a formal therapy group.
