KAP

A Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy Group

Kula (n.) - A Sanskrit term translating to “community,” “clan,” or “tribe.”

In the yoga community, "Kula" often signifies a profound sense of inclusion and belonging. Our group aims to foster this sense of unity through a four-week cycle encompassing preparation, KAP sessions, and integration, providing a holistic, supportive, and empowering treatment experience.

September 10-October 7

What would it be like to escape the cycle of your current narrative?

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy offers a unique opportunity to break free from entrenched patterns by facilitating profound, introspective experiences and altering habitual thought processes.

In a group setting, this therapy provides not only individual insights but also communal support, fostering a shared journey towards healing and transformation.

Let’s Change Our Lens

As Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapists, we know the importance of tools that help us zoom to see ourselves, the people around us, and the world from a space of love rather than fear.

Kula KAP is designed to guide you through an embodied journey that helps you connect to your inner-healing intelligence.

Over the course of these five weeks, we will work to:

✨Enhance your psychological resources.

✨Develop and practice somatic tools to support you in the process.

✨Learn and integrate mindfulness practices.

✨Decipher between love and fear.

✨Develop a sense of compassion for self and others.

✨Open up new avenues of healing.

✨Experience a resilient version of self.

✨Develop comfort with experiencing altered states of consciousness.
