Acceptance: What it is, what it isn’t, and an exploration of what this practice adds to life. Explore where you may be resisting

Contact with the Present Moment: Known by many names; mindfulness, awareness, mental presence… It’s a thing for reason. Dive into how this skill amplifies behavior change.

Week 04

Defusion: You are not your emotions. You are not your thoughts. You are not the sensations in your body. This week we explore the practice of making space.

Week 05

Self as Context: Thoughout all of your life, there has been a consistent “you” in there. This week we’re getting esoteric with our work.

Week 06

Committed Action: You’re clear on what you’re all about. You’re paying attention. This week we wrap up with objectives and takeaways.
