At its core, this retreat is about returning to what’s already working: the deep, regulating power of the natural world.
Join us in the Dominican Republic, where lush landscapes, ocean air, and slow, grounded living create space for true restoration. We’ll explore powerful practices—Ayurveda, breathwork, cold immersion, mindfulness, and movement, while the land itself does much of the work.
We’ll gather in community, share nourishing meals, and rest in nature’s rhythm. You’ll return home deeply replenished, with tools to reconnect to this sense of balance wherever you are.
What to expect from your experience
Daily movement, breathwork, ice baths and meditation guided by Cristina and Jacquie as well as plenty of time to relax in nature.
Fresh and delicious home-cooked Ayurvedic meals. Yes, your dietary preferences will be met with love.
Guided group excursion, soulful rituals, dancing, and many reasons to laugh!
Workshops on ayurveda, nervous system healing, and cultivating unconscious awareness.
Massage, reflexology, and 1:1 consults available as add-ons to your trip.

This experience is created with the underlying belief that all the life-expanding modalities we will explore are meant to be brought back home and integrated. Private Boutique Room ($2,350 pp)
The private boutique rooms are available for solo-travelers. Please note that these rooms tend to fill up the most quickly. As with all of the accommodations at Ki-Ra Holistic Living, think eco-chic. AC included.

Shared Boutique Room ($1900 pp)
The shared boutique rooms are best for friends or partners traveling together as well as those who are open to an amazing new friend as a roommate. Shared or separate beds are available As with all of the accommodations at Ki-Ra Holistic Living, think eco-chic. AC included.

Ocean-Front Cabana Suite ($2,350 pp)
This is our personal pick! This beautiful, open-aired structure sits closest to the water. Your sleeping space is covered, with a vibey open-air bathroom, tub, and lounging space. One or two beds available. No AC, but plenty of ocean breeze.

Private Standard Room ($1750 pp)
These accommodations are are equally lovely to their boutique counterparts, but do not have AC installed. No night sweats? No problem. The weather tends to be pleasant in November. Private and shared options available!Description goes here

Meet Your Hosts
Cristina and Jacquie are friends, co-creators and soul sisters living in Miami, FL

A yogi, mom, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and psychedelic coach, Cristina has been on the path of mind- body- spirit wellness for over 20 years. She is a certified yoga instructor who infuses fun and passion into everything she does. With Cristina expect great music, motivating movement, pranayama and Ayurvedic tips.

Jacquie is an holistically minded therapist with roots in the wellness field. She guides her clients in the art of feeling better.. She has been teaching movement, breathwork, and coaching people through ice baths for over 9 years. She weaves the work of maintaining a healthy nervous system into all she does.

Yes! All meals are prepared on premises by the retreat center staff. While the center is prepared to offer full plant-based diets, we ask specifically that animal protein is included daily into our retreat to meet everyone’s preferences. Don’t be shy to ask for what you need!

a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the start date.

There is wifi available in certain areas, but we suggest that you do not rely heavily on it. Plan on touching base with whoever you need back home, but be ready to mostly disconnect while you’re here.Item description
